All prices on this site are in New Zealand Dollars. The name that will appear on your statements is “Pedal Press”.
The following terms and conditions of sale shall be deemed to be incorporated into and form a part of any contract between Pedal. Press and the Customer whose name and details appear above for the supply of goods / subscriptions, to the exclusion of any terms or conditions set out in the order.
PEDAL PRESS LTD SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Pedal Press Ltd does not store any credit card information. For your safety, payments are processed on an independent securely hosted website that uses established data security and encryption methods. All prices include GST and are in New Zealand dollars. Subscriptions are non-refundable, but may be transferred to an alternative recipient.
Customer details: Any errors made in providing details to Pedal Press Ltd are your responsibility. Pedal Press Ltd will not be liable for consequences that relate to any errors; including but not limited to failure to send magazines\product to the correct address. If you change your address or contact details, you need to advise Pedal Press Ltd as soon as possible to ensure that the change happens on the correct issue.
Renewing a subscription:
If you have purchased a 1 year print or digital subscription on a credit card since July 2020, we will automatically renew your subscription. You will be emailed seven days prior and three days prior to this being actioned. You will also be emailed a confirmation email on the day of payment.
If there is no credit card on the account we will email you closer to your end date and ask you to renew. You can do this by adding a payment method to the account and informing us that you would like to renew or you can call us on 021 319 5377. You can also email us on subs@pedalpress.co.nz.
Gifted subscriptions by default are not renewed automatically.
Cancellation: Please note that our subscription offers are non-refundable. In some cases we will refund any monies owing to you (i.e. under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively you can transfer your remaining issues to a nominated party. Requests for cancellations will be actioned as soon as possible; however, any refund given can take up to three weeks.
Delivery: All prices include delivery costs if sold in New Zealand. Your subscription will commence once we have received payment from you and will begin with the next unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to four to six weeks for your first magazine. Currently we do not allow for subscriptions internationally but we do have a digital option. If a missed delivery occurs please let us know, depending on your situation, we will either send you a replacement magazine or extend your current subscription period. subs@pedalpress.co.nz
Privacy Policy: We will protect and maintain your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy which you can view here.
No liability: Pedal Press Ltd nor its staff or agents shall be liable for any cost, loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result of a failure to act on delivery instructions.

Ordering/Purchasing/Renewing. You will need to complete an online form. During this, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We never store your credit card number. For your safety, payments are processed on an independent securely hosted website that uses established data security and encryption methods. This information is used for billing purposes, to fulfil your orders and to communicate with you about your subscription/order and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you.
Cart Abandonment. If you abandon the shopping cart without completing the purchase, we will email you to let you know.
Internal And External Use: We use your personal subscription information to process your order and provide you with customer service. We may internally use your personal information to improve the process of subscriptions/orders, content and layout, to improve outreach and for our own marketing efforts (including marketing our services and products to you), and to determine general marketplace information about subscribers. In order to facilitate such use, we may share your information to our third party companies only for those purposes.

Data Security: Pedal Press Ltd incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) (or a link to a third-party payment gateway with SSL) for all financial transactions through the Site. Access to your personal information is restricted to Staff and our third party companies mentioned above. Only employees or our third-party companies mentioned above who need access to your personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to your personal information.
Email newsletters: The Site may invite you to submit your name and email address to receive email newsletter updates. All newsletters from Pedal Press will contain clear and obvious instructions on how to have your email removed from the mailing list, and you can always contact us at any time at subs@pedalpress.co.nz and ask to be removed. Your details will not be used for any other purpose other than for providing you the newsletter.
If the Site invites you to join a third-party mailing list and you accept, it will provide your name and email to the named third-party only and will not reveal any other information the Site has about you. You can ask us or third-parties to stop sending you marketing messages by contacting us at any time or by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in the relevant e-mail.
We will only contact you by e-mail for marketing purposes if you have given us your opt-in consent to do so. Please note that we will continue contacting you in connection with any contract that we have with you, including the use of the Site and our services. We will also continue contacting you to provide you with our newsletter if you have previously signed-up to receive it.
